<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portion container which can be easily unsealed with a small force and can prevent a filled stuff in a container body from jetting out animated in a single burst and then scattered. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The portion container comprises a container body, having an opening part on an upper surface of a flange part and a tongue piece part to be broken by a folding and breaking unit with a part of the flange part extending to one side, and a sheet-like lid body, having a similar outer edge shape to that of the flange part and welded to the flange part. The portion container further comprises a means, having a weld part for smoothly connecting a peripheral edge of the opening part to a center of the tongue piece part, and a means which has a weld part for connecting the peripheral edge of the opening part to the center of the tongue piece part via a smooth circulating path, and has a recessed part which communicates with the opening part on the inner side of the weld part and extending outward of the folding and breaking part.
