<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vehicle interior structure capable of smoothly moving a vehicle seat inside a vehicle cabin with a relatively simple structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a floor section 40, a level difference 44 in the vertical direction of the vehicle is formed, and the vertical wall 44A of this level difference 44 is set along a direction guiding the seat 18 between a standard position and a retreat position. A guide pin 50 is arranged in the seat 18, and protruded to a floor section 40 side. When the seat 18 is moved, the guide pin 50 is moved along the vertical wall 44A of the level difference 44 to guide the seat 18 in a direction along the vertical wall 44A of the level difference 44 while the guide pin 50 is supported by the vertical wall 44A of the level difference 44 in the horizontal direction and elastically deformed to absorb impact.
