<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording apparatus, information recording method, and information recording program capable of attaching to main data date-and-time data matched with a recording order of the main data even if there is any trouble in a time counting means. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An information recording apparatus comprises: a data generating means for generating main data; a time counting means for counting a date and time and storing time count data representing a time counting result on a first storage medium; and an output means for determining whether or not the time counting means counts a proper date and time, and storing the main data in a second storage medium after attaching thereto the time count data as date and time data if proper, or generating latest date and time data representing a date and time subsequent to the date and time represented in final date and time data representing the final date and time in the date and time data stored on the second storage medium if not proper, and storing the main data on the second storage medium after attaching thereto the latest date and time data as the date and time data.
