PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefied gas fuel ship and a bunkering method thereof allowing use of liquefied gas, such as liquefied natural gas, as fuel for ships, and causing less air pollutant, and facilitating replenishing of fuel, applicable to existing ships. SOLUTION: The liquefied gas fuel ship 1 has a bunker tank 2 for storing liquefied gas as fuel; an evaporated gas processing section 3 including a buffer tank for storing evaporated gas naturally or forcedly generated from the bunker tank 2; a reliquefying apparatus section 4 reliquefying evaporated gas and returning to the bunker tank 2; an engine 5 driven by evaporated gas supplied from the buffer tank; a generator 6 connected to the engine 5; and an electric propulsion device 7 using electricity generated by the generator 6 as its driving source.
