PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a programmable logic controller system which does not need laying down of an RS-232C cable which directly connects a personal computer and an indicator. SOLUTION: In the programmable logic controller system which controls the indicator connected to the programmable logic controller by a personal computer through a network, the personal computer has a gateway communication file generation section which generates a gateway communication file which controls the indicator, and the programmable logic controller outputs a communication command with the indicator to the indicator of a request destination port based on the content of the gateway communication file.
