The extrusion tool (10) has fixed carriers, for e.g. cords or wires, an extrusion nozzle (12) and a guiding element (14) for the fixed carriers. A slice (26) of the guiding element is extended in one of the feeding channel (16,18), and is guided in extension of the guiding element of the fixed carriers.
