The invention relates to a thrust reverser device comprising a moving cowl (30) capable of translational movement in a direction substantially parallel to a longitudinal axis of the nacelle and able to move alternately from a closed position in which it ensures the aerodynamic continuity of the nacelle and covers the deflection means into an open position in which it opens up a passage in the nacelle and uncovers the deflection means, the said moving cowl (30) also being extended by at least one nozzle section (40) mounted at a downstream end of the said moving cowl (30), characterized in that the said nozzle (40) comprises at least one panel (41) mounted so that it is capable of rotating, the said panel (41) being designed to pivot between a normal position in which it ensures the aerodynamic continuity of the nacelle and a thrust-reversal position in which it closes off a cold stream flow path formed between a fixed fairing structure (12) of the turbojet engine and the nacelle.
