<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exclusive money transaction system for smoothly performing a reception work in an event site in a short time period, and to provide a management server thereof. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic money medium 2 includes a medium side storage part 36 for storing an event ID for specifying an event and a participant ID for specifying a participant using the electronic money medium 2. The management server 4 includes a server side storage part 27 for storing in association, participant names and payment amounts paid by the participants in the event by each event ID and participant ID. A reader/writer 3 includes: a reading part 11 for reading the electronic money medium 2; and a transaction part 51 for performing an electronic money transaction when the reading part 11 performs reading.
