<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of rewriting firmware in order to correct a defect in a user interface or in order to provide an additional function. <P>SOLUTION: The video processing device includes video processing parts 24-26 for processing video information, and control parts 11 and 12 for controlling the video processing parts. The control parts 11 and 12 include a graphical user interface (GUI) module acquired as a Web application, a Web browser which provides a user interface upon execution of the Web application for the GUI modules and a lower-level control module which incorporates an HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) server to perform sequence control related to the video processing parts and acquisition of status information in communication with the user interface on the Web browser. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
