<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly refrigerator with a widely openable rotary type door. <P>SOLUTION: The refrigerator 80 includes a refrigerator body 1, the rotary type door 2 for opening and closing an opening part, and a door opening device 10 for forcibly opening the door 2. The door opening device 10 includes a push out part 60 provided to the door 2, and a driving part 70 for pushing the push out part 60 and opening the door 2. The driving part 70 includes a motor, a transmission mechanism for decelerating and outputting rotary driving force of the motor, and a rotating arm 11 rotated with an output gear of the transmission mechanism and opening the door 2 by abutting on an abutting face 19 of the push out part 60. The distance between the abutting face 19 of the push out part 60 near a door fulcrum point 16 and a rotational center 15 of the rotary arm 11 is set smaller than the distance between the abutting face 19 of the push out part 60 far from the door fulcrum point 16 and the rotational center 15 of the rotating arm 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
