PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of improving the traction performance, braking performance and cornering performance on snow. SOLUTION: The traction performance, braking performance and cornering performance on snow can be improved, by forming on the pneumatic tire a pair of center circumferential grooves; first lug grooves, which connect the center circumferential grooves and whose inclination direction becomes opposite alternately in the tire circumferential direction; second lug grooves, which extend from the center circumferential grooves to the tread end sides and whose inclination direction becomes reverse at one side and the other side of tire width direction sandwiching a tire equatorial plane; a pair of shoulder circumferential grooves, which divide the second blocks by the center circumferential grooves and the second lug ones; and side-grooves, which connect the second lug grooves crossing the second blocks in the tire circumferential direction and extend along a direction which is orthogonal to the inclination direction of the second lug grooves.
