PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve of which the number of airtight sealing parts is smaller than a conventional control valve and to provide the control valve capable of converting electric power into rotation of a rotor side field part more efficiently than a conventional control valve. SOLUTION: With the control valve 10, as a large diameter cylinder part 31 and a small diameter cylinder part 32 are integrally molded, the number of the airtight sealing parts can be reduced compared with the conventional control valve in which counterparts of the large diameter cylinder part 31 and the small diameter cylinder part 32 are separately brazed. In the control valve 10, as blazing between parts for supporting a rotor shaft 13 is eliminated and projection welding is conducted to fix them instead, a tool does not become high temperature compared with a case of blazing and a tool 90 which can be strictly aligned can be used. Thus, it is possible to narrow an engagement gap between the large-diameter cylinder part 31 and a rotor side field part 12 and to convert the electric power into rotation of the rotor side field part 12 more efficiently than the conventional control valve.
