PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant quantity feeder capable of preventing solidification of a transferred article in a clearance space between a valve and a casing and favorably maintaining the rotation of the valve. SOLUTION: The constant quantity feeder 10 includes: the valve 30 provided in a casing 20 free to rotate and having a pocket 34 into which the transferred article is introduced; and a pair of sheet rings 40 fitted and inserted into both sides of the casing 20 and to adhere on the valve 30 and to seal it. The valve 30 has a blade 91 to collect the transferred article entering the clearance space S between the valve 30 and the casing 20 and an introduction port 92 to introduce the transferred article collected by the blade 91 into the pocket 34.
