<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet having a foldable back board, being highly efficiently manufactured, having an excellent designability, and being easily assembled compared with conventional ones. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This cabinet includes a top board, a bottom board, a left side board, a right side board and the back board, wherein the back board consists of a base plate and a flexible sheet material stuck to the whole surface of the cabinet inside surface of the base material, and a folding groove cut from a cabinet outside surface of the base material towards the flexible sheet material is provided from one end to the other end of the base material.
