PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit breaker capable of reducing the number of components and saving time and effort for component management. SOLUTION: Members for constituting a case are assembled, and a sealing pin is fixed by crimping the sealing pin so as not to easily cause coming off of the members. The sealing pin can also serve as an axis pin pivottaly supporting an operation handle on the case and an axis pin pivottaly supporting a hang-engaged piece for operating a handle unit at an off state on the case at the time of generating excessive current and an axis pin pivottaly supporting a rotary body for operating a mechanism of the circuit breaker by rotary actions on the case.
