PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor pump with a simple configuration by reducing the number of components, and facilitating assembly by enabling assembly from one direction. SOLUTION: In the motor pump 10 providing a bulkhead in a middle of a longitudinally long motor pump casing 12 and separating it into a motor casing 20 and a pump casing 30, and providing an air passage T communicating an air hole 34 provided on a pump casing 30 with an interior of the motor casing 20 on the bulkhead, the motor casing 20 of a substantially cylindrical cup type opened downward, and the pump casing 30 of a substantially cylindrical type housing an impeller 36 and opened upward are integrated as the motor pump casing 12, and a spacer assembly 40 being a bulkhead component part is interposed between a motor body 22 and the impeller 36.
