PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package with an oxygen indicator in which the oxygen indicator, displaying the extent of a deoxidation condition in a packaging container used for preserving, including content of food, beverage and chemicals over a long period of time is added on its part, and the oxygen indicator can appropriately displays the extent of the deoxidation condition in the packaging container, under a condition where the part of the oxygen indicator is not brought into contact with the content stored in the packaging container and the other members. SOLUTION: The package with the oxygen indicator is stored and used in the packaging container under a deoxidation atmosphere. A content-filling part in which at least the content is filled and sealed and a non-filling part 4 adjacently provided with this are constituted of the packaging member; the oxygen indicator 1 is arranged on a part on the packaging member constituting the non-filling part, under a condition where the oxygen indicator cannot be brought into contact with the content-filling part and the other members in the packaging container.
