<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature-insulated ice bag-container, and a portable low-temperature insulation bag of a plastic bottle in which the ice-bag container itself forms a beverage container. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The portable low-temperature insulation bag of the plastic bottle comprises a divided ice bag-container, and a low-temperature-insulated bag for storing it. The ice-bag container is constituted, by combining a pair of containers divided in the longitudinal direction with each other by a fixing tool; and as a mode of the container, the inside is formed in a space part having the die-cut shape of the under-the-neck profile shape of the PET bottle, and the outside is formed in a shape capable of housing the entire PET bottle, other than a mouth for drinking of the PET bottle. A mouth for drinking is formed on an upper part for filling beverage water. One low-temperature insulated bag is formed, by lining a heat insulating sheet on one inner side, and comprises an opening/closing part for putting in/taking out the plastic bottle provided on an upper part; an opening part for exposing the mouth for drinking of the ice-bag container; a means having a handle for portable use; a means in which the ice-bag container is formed of a formed or die-welded synthetic resin-made bag body or a flexible synthetic resin-made container; and a means provided with a low-temperature-insulated sheet attachably/detachably provided on the inner side of the low-temperature-insulated bag.
