PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display technique reading the time course of the internal distribution concentration of a substance administered in the living body in MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging). SOLUTION: The time course of the intensity of a magnetic resonance signal for every pixel of a reconstructed image is specified as the time course of the concentration distribution of an extrinsic chemical substance administered in the living body. An approximated curve of the time course of the magnetic resonance signal for every pixel is determined, a pixel where the approximated curve has the maximum value is specified and display data distinguishing the pixel from other pixels are generated.
