PURPOSE: A method for making frozen garlic for frying is provided to rapidly make the frozen garlic after applying wheat flour, starch powder, fry powder and bread crumbs on the garlic, and to adjust specific hot tastes of the garlic by adjusting the amount of the garlic squeeze. CONSTITUTION: A method for making frozen garlic for frying comprises the following step: washing the frozen garlic after striping peel of the garlic; steaming the washed garlic with salt and sugar; applying wheat flour or starch powder on the steamed garlic; agitating fry powder, eggs, wheat flour or potato starch, sugar, salt, water, garlic juice etc; applying manufactured dough on the steamed garlic; applying the bread crumbs on the garlic; and quickly freezing the garlic. The garlic is frozen in the temperature of below zero 15 ~ 20 degrees for 4 ~ 5 hours.
