<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter cartridge sucking a charged powder such as toner being a measuring sample, used while being attached in a powder charge quantity measuring instrument for measuring the charge quantity or charging quantity of the charged powder, having excellent ease of operation facilitating the sucking operation of the outside charged powder and capable of confirming a used state from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: The filter cartridge 4 has a cylindrical long part 4a extending along a sucking direction A and a cylindrical diametrically expanded part 4b more largely diametrically expanded than the inner diameter of the downstream end of the long part 4a, and a cylindrical short part 4c shorter than the long part 4a.
