摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for regulating an optical axis of a vehicular lamp unit, which prevents or reduces a poor operation due to wear or the like occurring in a coupling portion (mating portion) between an AFS motor and a lamp unit. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for regulating the optical axis of the vehicular lamp unit includes a bracket with a ring shape, the lamp unit coupled rockably in the bracket via a vertical rocking shaft extending in a vertical direction, and the AFS motor fixed in the bracket. The apparatus is also characterized in that the AFS motor includes an AFS motor body, a gear coupled with the AFS motor body and driven rotationally around a rotation axis vertical coaxial with a rocking shaft, an end fixed to a gear portion decentered from the rotation axis of the gear to the outside, a tip coupled rotatably with the lamp unit, and the output shaft that horizontally rocks the lamp unit around the vertical rocking shaft with respect to the bracket through rotation with the gear driven rotationally by the AFS motor body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
