PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil correction liquid composition which does not generate repelling of water-based ink and is excellent in overwritten drawn line drying characteristics, coating film strength, application property, and stability with time. SOLUTION: This oil-based correction liquid composition contains at least 30-60 mass% white material, 20-70 mass% organic solvent, 3-10 mass% resin (solid content), and 0.1-1.5 mass% organic-modified polydimethylsiloxane (solid content).
