<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preserving a cell which can respond to the requirements such as quickness of treatment before and after the preservation of the cell, convenience and easiness of transportation while keeping the survival rate of the cell good and to provide a device therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The method for preserving the cell includes regulating the preservation temperature at a temperature higher than the crystallization temperature of water in the cell to be preserved and not higher than the optimum temperature of the activity of the cell, and the preserving pressure at 0.11-10 MPa. The preserving device has a pressurizing container keeping the pressure by being filled with a pressure medium, and one or more cell preservation containers stored in the pressurizing container, and pressurizing the cell sealed in the inside by having a material transmitting the pressure from the outside to the inside material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
