PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic spring device capable of sufficiently absorbing and attenuating low frequency vibration of a vehicle with excellent response and of attenuating such high frequency vibration that causes clogging at the flow passage restriction part of the pneumatic spring under the action of a fluid damping means. SOLUTION: This pneumatic spring device includes: a pneumatic spring 4 which comprises an upper plate 1 and a lower plate 2 and a cylindrical flexible membrane 3 connected airtight to the ends of the plates 1, 2 and in which a pressurized gas having a pressure above the atmospheric pressure is sealed; and a shearing spring means 6 which is disposed on the lower plate side of the pneumatic spring 4 and which is deformed by a shearing force through a vertical input. The pneumatic spring 4 includes a gas damping mechanism against the vertical input and the fluid damping means 11 for damping vibration in the vertical direction independently of gas attenuation which is provided in the shearing spring means.
