<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel electrode active material for a power storage device with high capacity, capable of electrochemical oxidation and reduction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electrode active material for a power storage device at least contains a compound with a structure expressed in general formula (1). In the formula, R<SB>1</SB>to R<SB>4</SB>are each independently a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, an unsaturated aliphatic group, or a saturated aliphatic group, wherein the unsaturated aliphatic group and the saturated aliphatic group may contain a halogen atom, a nitrogen atom, an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom or a silicon atom, and may be straight-chained or cyclic. R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>may be combined with each other to form a circle. R<SB>3</SB>and R<SB>4</SB>may be combined with each other to form a circle. Moreover, n is an integer of 1 or more.
