PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scented disposable portable body warmer allowing a scent to fill and stay inside an individual package bag without being adsorbed in activated carbon included in a heating element inside a portable body warmer body, to strongly smell when the individual package bag is opened, and to keep the smell when used. SOLUTION: The scented disposable portable body warmer includes the portable body warmer body 13 with the heating element 12 enclosed in a flat bag body 11 which has a plurality of ventilation pores 17 on at least one side 11a; an air-impermeable release sheet 14 which is bonded to the one side by closing the plurality of ventilation pores 17 in such a way as easily releasable and which is released when used; and a nonwoven fabric 15 which is bonded to the flat bag body 11 or release sheet 14 and impregnated in an aromatic substance.
