<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that cargo collapse caused by lateral movement caused by vibration etc. cannot be prevented in the case of stacking a plurality of conventional cardboard boxes formed of resin in a vertical direction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a cardboard box formed of a resin having an approximately rectangular parallelepiped shape, in two upper and lower horizontal faces of the rectangular parallelepiped shape, magnets are provided at least at two locations in one of the horizontal face, and iron pieces are provided at least at two locations at the positions in the other horizontal face vertically opposite to the magnets. Even if a plurality of the cardboard boxes formed of the resin are stacked in the vertical direction, movement in the lateral direction can be prevented by attraction forces of the magnets and the iron pieces.
