PURPOSE: An excavator for stably inserting a ground electrode into the ground, and a device and a method for reducing ground resistance including the same are provided to improve ground resistance reduction efficiency by filling a space around a ground electrode with a ground resistance reducing agent. CONSTITUTION: A pressure supply material is injected into a body(110) through an injection unit. The pressure supply material moves downward through a first hollow part of a rotation unit(120). A sealing unit(160) is interposed between the body and the rotation unit to prevent the outflow of the pressure supply material. A bearing(130) is interposed between the body and the rotation unit. A driving unit rotates the rotation unit. A screw(150) is connected to a lower side of the rotation unit and excavates the ground. A ground electrode(180) is arranged inside a second hollow part of the screw. The lower side of the screw is closed with a cap. |
