Data processing method, controller and system related to electronic apparatus communication technologies. The processing system includes: JTAG loading controller, which sends and receives JTAG data, and sends interrupt request to interrupt controller according to the status of sending and receiving of the JTAG data to achieve continuously processing of sending and receiving of JTAG data; interrupt controller, which responds to the interrupt request from JTAG loading controller and sends the interrupt request to processing unit; processing unit, which processes interrupt request from interrupt controller and processes JTAG data while JTAG loading controller is sending and receiving JTAG data. The proposed technologies can be used in JTAG.
