<p>The device has a support plate (2), and cheese balls placed in circular and concave housings in the plate. The housings have support segments (25) separated from each other by long interstices (26), medium interstices (27) and short interstices (28) evacuating liquid from sweat of cheese. The segments have protuberances e.g. discontinuous ribs (34, 35) and continuous circular ribs (37-39), oriented toward the cheese, where the protuberances are spirally or circumferentially arranged. The circular ribs are placed at circumference (40) and center (30) of one of the housings.</p> |
