PURPOSE: An apparatus for culturing microorganism is provided to prevent adsorption of foreign material to culture ingredient and optimize the microorganism culture. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for culturing microorganism comprises: a culture bath(10) comprising an input(11) and discharge pipe(12) for discharging culture medium; a culturing portion(20) which is coupled to the input of the culture bath and is placed inside the culture bath; a cooling part(30) which is provided at the lower part of the culture bath and controls the temperature of the culture bath; a washing device(40) which is coupled to the end of the culture bath and automatically washes the culture bath; a temperature sensor which measures inner temperature of the culture bath; and a control unit which controls the operation of washing device, cooling part and culture portion.
