A LOCKING APPARATUS FOR MANHOLE COVER

PURPOSE: A manhole cover with a locking device is provided to prevent the manhole cover from being separated from a manhole by securely fixing the manhole cover to a fixing frame. CONSTITUTION: A manhole cover with a locking device comprises a manhole cover(200) and a locking device(100). The manhole cover has open spaces(220) that open holes(222) are formed. The locking device is fixed in the spaces of the manhole cover, and operated in the outside of a manhole. The locking device is composed of fixtures(50), a fastening bolt, and a hanger(90). The hanger is ascended inside of a through hole of the fixtures, and fixed in the bottom surface of a fixing frame(2) of the manhole. And the manhole cover is fixed in the fixing frame of the manhole.
