PURPOSE: A solar cell testing apparatus is provided to irradiate radiation intensity to testing target solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A testing board(100) transfers electricity generated from solar cell. A light source(200) is placed at the upper portion of solar cell in the size exceeding solar cell area and irradiates light to the solar cell. A testing unit(300) enables determination of good or bad in solar cell from electricity. A light collecting unit(400) collects light irradiated from light source in a size of solar cell. |
