<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative ion and ozone generation apparatus capable of coping with variation of design by solving a problem of a conventional electrode, being easy manufactured at a low cost and sufficiently diffusing the generated negative ion and ozone. <P>SOLUTION: The negative ion and ozone generation apparatus has a positive electrode (1) comprising a metal plate provided with one or a plurality of holes (2) having standing parts (3) at a periphery.
