PURPOSE: A variable capacity rotary compressor is provided to reduce the number of components of a rotary compressor by alternately drawing in refrigerant through an intake pipe to a compression space. CONSTITUTION: A variable capacity rotary compressor comprises cylinders(310,410), bearings, a suction pipe, one or more rolling pistons(340,440), vanes(330,430), and a vane binding unit. The bearing divides the compression space of the cylinders. The suction pipe distributes refrigerant to the compression space of the cylinders. The rolling piston compresses the refrigerant. The vane binding unit varies the operating mode of the compressor. |
