PURPOSE: A blow-by gas discharging device is provided to prevent oil from being emitted to outside or the blow-over phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A blow-by gas discharging device comprises an inlet port(100), an outlet port(200) and an inside flow path(300). A blow-by gas flows in into the inside of the inlet port. The outlet port emits the blow-by gas flowing in into inside to atmosphere. An inner pipe guides the flow path of the blow-by gas. The blow-by gas, which is delivered through the inlet port, is delivered to the outlet port after the blow-by gas circulation. The inlet port and outlet port cross-connect mutually.
