PURPOSE: An emergency escape device of the community life section is provided, which enables all people of the vertical line to escape using a hole formed in the collecting net. CONSTITUTION: An emergency escape device of the community life section comprises a cylindrical outside collecting net(100) which has a cylindrical shape and in which a hole is formed in the spot that escapee locates at the location of each layer in the vertical direction; and an inner side collecting net which is formed in the inner side of the outside collecting net and in which a shield net is integrally formed while being spaced from the outside collecting net.
