PURPOSE: A photographing device and a method thereof are provided to exactly recognize a scene by deciding the scene when the scene changes. CONSTITUTION: An information acquisition unit acquires photographing information of a captured scene. A standard information storage unit memorizes standard information based on the photographing information. A scene change determiner uses the standard information and the photographing information to distinguish change of the captured scene. When the captured scene is changed, a scene recognizer recognizes the captured scene based on the photographing information. A control unit performs one among display control, photographing control, signal processing control and information writing control according to a recognition result. |
