PURPOSE: An electrolytic cell is provided to prevent the leakage of electrolyte in the state that a gasket is removed, and to reduce the thickness. CONSTITUTION: An electrolytic cell comprises a diaphragm(104), an anode plate(106), a negative plate(110), a first cell frame(114) and a second cell frame(130). The electrolytic cell more includes a first fix frame(160) and a second rigid frame(166). The first cell frame more includes a first settling part(116) and an electrolyte receiving part(118). A second cell frame comprises a second settling part(132) and a negative electrolyte receiving part(134).
