PURPOSE: A bed for medical treatment is provided to prevent decubitus through ventilation by increasing height of the bed and opening a central disk and a mattress and to change sheets easily without need to diversify position of patient when patient lies. CONSTITUTION: A bed for medical treatment comprises: a perpendicular frame(100) capable of controlling height; a horizontal frame installed on top of the perpendicular frame; and a mattress(300) arranged on top of the horizontal frame. The mattress includes a plurality of partitions. The horizontal frame comprises a border plate(210) covering outside of the mattress and a plurality of central plate(220) which are respectively installed in inner side of the border plate to be attachable. The perpendicular frame includes a pneumatic cylinder.
