PURPOSE: A sealed structure and a method to block and cool toxic gas and an explosion-proof pump system are provided to utilize existing parts by embedding separate component parts within a sealed structure. CONSTITUTION: Moisture is removed from potentially toxic warm air and then transferred into a sealed space. The remaining heat is cooled and discharged. The air is transferred into the sealed space and moisture and oxidative gases are discharged to the outside. The air is injected into a sealed space and explosive gases are blocked from a motor(e) and discharged with the air to the outside.
