PURPOSE: A detergent dissolution device and washing machine including the same are provided to prevent the washing powder from being supplied with not being dissolved by mounting a water exit on the central upper side of the water. CONSTITUTION: A detergent dissolution device comprises a washing powder box(200) and a cover unit(300). The washing powder box comprises a cleaner receptor(210) and a water supply unit(220). The water supply unit rotates the water of the cleaner receptor. The water supply unit is formed on the circumference of the cleaner receptor. The cover unit opens and closes the cleaner receptor. The cover unit comprises a water discharge part(310). The washing water of the cleaner receptor is exhausted through the water discharge part to outside.
