PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supplying device and a liquid jetting apparatus which can not only carry out choke cleaning of a liquid jetting head, but also supply a liquid to the liquid jetting head without lacking even by using a liquid supplying means of a feeding pump system and also at the time of suction driving of a pump. SOLUTION: The printer 11 is equipped with the ink supplying device 21 which has the pump 23, a one-way valve 44 for suction provided on the upstream side of the pump 23, and a one-way valve 45 for delivering provided on the downstream side of the pump 23. The ink supplying device 21 is communicated with a recording head unit 20 through an ink supplying tube 22. A choke valve 31, a buffer 32 and a self-sealing valve 33 are installed in order from the upstream side in the halfway of an ink flow channel 30 which communicates with a nozzle 29 in the recording head unit 20.
