PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a side view from being obstructed by a boom during work and a rearward view from being obstructed by a rear part of a machine body frame. SOLUTION: This truck loader supports the base part side of the boom in a vertically swingable manner to the rear upper part of the machine body frame through a rear side first lift link and a front side second lift link. A travel device is composed of a crawler travel device having a longitudinal pair of driven wheels and a driving wheel arranged above between the pair of driven wheels, and winding a crawler on these driven wheels and driving wheel. While a boom cylinder being reduced and a boom being lowered, an upper cylinder support shaft is located in front of a second boom support shaft and behind a second link support shaft, and the second link support shaft and the second boom support shaft are located below the upper cylinder support shaft so that the boom cylinder and the second lift link cross in a cruciform from the side view.
