<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin composition which prevents coloring of a polyolefin resin made of a phosphite compound and an imidazolium salt and is excellent in mechanical strength and antistatic property. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The polyolefin resin composition contains: 0.05-1.5 pts.wt. of the phosphite compound (B); 0.2-2 pts.wt. of the particular imidazolium salt (C); and 0.25-4 pts.wt. of the compound represented by Formula 2 (D), based on 100 pts.wt. of the polyolefin resin (A). The ratio of (D) to the total mass of (B) and (C), D/(B+C) is 2/5 or more, wherein R<SP>4</SP>is 7-21C linear or branched alkyl group or alkenyl group, and (A) and (B) each represent at least one of H or (C<SB>n</SB>H<SB>2n</SB>)OH (n is 1-3).
