<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain plug having no screw, closing a lubricating oil discharge hole and provided with a detachment prevention mechanism. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This drain plug 10 includes a seal means 20 and a locking means 30. The drain plug 10 is inserted into the lubricating oil discharge hole 41 opened in a horizontal direction, and retained by the engagement of an engagement means 42 formed at the opening of the lubricating oil discharge hole 41 with the locking means 30.
