PURPOSE: Titanium dioxide-based photocatalysts and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove a harmful organic material with economical efficiency, and to efficienclty improve utilization of the photocatalysts. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of titanium dioxide-based photocatalysts includes the following steps: reacting reactants in a reactor after putting Titanium(IV) isoproxide, Iso-propyl Alcohol and Acetylacetonate into the reactor connected with a reflux device and a cooling device; cooling the reactants after injecting 2-butoxyethanol into the reactants; reacting the reactants to produce gel while agitating materials; and sintering the pulverized gel after pulverizing the dried gel with a mixer.
