PURPOSE: A cooling water surge-tank is provided to prevent damage to a user by preventing the cooling water from being emitted out by blocking a vent port using a vent port opening and closing member. CONSTITUTION: A cooling water surge-tank comprises a filler neck(9e). The filler neck comprises a cooling water inlet(9f) and a vent port(9b). The cooling water inlet is opened and closed with a pressure cap(9d). The vent port is formed on one side of the filler neck. The cooling water spouting from the ready emitter flows in into the vent port. An installation space(20) is formed on one side, where the vent port is formed upward and downward, of the filler neck. A vent port opening and closing member(30) is arranged on the installation space. The vent port opening and closing member is connected up and down by the pressure cap in order to open or close, when the pressure cap opens and closes the cooling water inlet. |
