PURPOSE: A copper-titanium alloy having high strength and high electrical conductivity and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent harmful material. CONSTITUTION: A copper - titanium alloy is melted in a high-frequency induction heater under the argon or the nitrogen gas atmosphere. The meltage is poured into a mold and is cooled. A mold is kept for three hours in 920°C by adding salt water with ice. The melting material is cooled for 1~10 hours at 450°C. The mold at the casting step is included of the Cu material. |
